Tucked away in Anguilla, Zemi Beach House, LXR Hotels & Resorts, is a luxurious escape for travelers in the know. The resort has swept the industry’s best awards, from the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards and Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards to inclusion in the Forbes Travel Guide, but attracting new guests, especially to a lesser-known island, takes more than accolades and a beautiful website.
“We needed more exposure,” said Frank Pierce, director of sales and marketing. “We wanted travelers who hadn’t heard of Anguilla, or Zemi, to discover us in ways that felt organic and trustworthy.”
The team partnered with Curacity to get just that. Through the platform, Zemi was featured in premium editorial content designed to spark interest and drive direct bookings.
“What stood out immediately was how many people were learning about us through the media partnerships Curacity facilitated,” Frank shared. “It wasn’t just brand awareness. It translated to action.”
In fact, Zemi Beach House saw a direct uptick in bookings soon after onboarding. More importantly, they reached travelers further up the funnel – guests not yet actively searching, but inspired by what they read.
Frank also emphasized the value of Curacity’s performance-based model: “It gave us the confidence to participate without fear of wasted spend. If we don’t get bookings, we don’t pay. That’s huge.”
Even during softer travel periods, Curacity kept Zemi top of mind for potential guests. “They’ve played a key role in helping us stay visible when demand slows,” Frank said. “It’s become a reliable lever we can pull year-round.”
